
Meditation
Let’s keep this simple. If you can use your imagination, then you can meditate.
Below is a simple guide. Make it your own and Enjoy!
1. Find a quiet comfy place to relax. Allow your body to completely relax.
2. Close your eyes and simply begin to create your ideal space within you mind's eye. This can be a room, an outdoor space, a strip of sand along a beach, whatever feels right to you is the right space for you. Use your imagination. Create. Make this space your very own.
3. Once you have created your space, focus your attention on all of your senses. What can you hear, smell, see, touch? How do you feel? Perhaps there is something in your space off in the distance that’d you’d like to explore more closely, go there. Keep your attention focused within your space.
4. A wandering mind is natural. If your mind wanders off, no worries, simply bring it back and focus your attention within the space you have created. You might have to do this several times during your meditation or not at all.
